In the main event, Amir Khan pretty much beat the shit out of Paulie Malignaggi in every round. It was Amir’s first fight in the United States. He looked real sharp in his victory over Paulie. Amir is going to do good in the 140 pound division.

Victor Ortiz had a good victory over Nate Campbell. Although he dominated the 38 year old Nate, I would have like to have seen Ortiz step it up a bit more and get the K.O.

Now to MMA!

Strikeforce had a pretty good event which I personally enjoyed.
In the main event, ALISTAIR OVEREEM DEMOLISHED BRETT ROGERS TO RETAIN STRIKEFORCE WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE. Alistair is a beast that threw his opponent across the octagon like a rag doll. It was a fun fight to watch.

I use to be a huge fan of Andrei Arlovski, he was once a fighter that was feared by anybody that stepped in the octagon with him. Now he has 3 losses in a row, and seriously needs to train harder and become the threat he once was. “Bigfoot” Silva pretty much kicked his ass for 3 roundS.
